You must eliminate tasks which are not necessary and can actually create havoc and stress because of their daily multitude. Then sit down and think about what you really want to do and do it every day. Part of the key to success is habit.

Woody Allen once said, “Eighty percent of success is showing up.” So find out what makes you tick, simplify your life, and do it religiously each day.
